You are on a Beta. You should be testing Dragonflight not those Expansions that has passed away.
Blizz should forfeit those Dragonflight Beta invites doing stupid stuffs on Beta. The Dragonflight designers are looking for stuffs to fix and a Beta Players reported Legion stuffs instead. What a waste.
Beta Invites should be on players who would play Dragonflight not those stupid players that wont play Dragonflight.
No, actually. Future iterations may break previous instances or systems still live. Itâs all worth testing because old content doesnât get removed from the game.
How many times have we seen new patches completely break other unrelated parts of the game? Parts that eventually required fixing, but only after it completely messed up a lot of peoples content. Thereâs a lot of people who play wow outside of current content or use current content purely as a means to play the content they actually enjoy after gearing up.
Should these legitimately paying customers not get a chance to test if the new changes will adversely affect their content? Does blizz somehow run out of beta keys to their own game such that they canât have people testing both DF content and non-DF content simultaneously without issue?
Itâs called Dragonflight Beta not Legion Beta. If you are a new player playing old stuffs, you should have no business with Dragonflight Beta.
And Blizz would have low priority on Legion or past expansions becoz they made money already on it before. They are focusing where the new money is⊠on Dragonflight. Good luck, on hearing some actions to old content from Blizz. Would Blizz rather focus on Legion stuffs or Dragon flying bugs? Just think.
Strange. I thought this was World of warcraft still. Is dragon flight a new IP of Blizz? Sounds interesting! Iâll have to Google it and see what this ânewâ game is all about.
Sarcasm aside, you do realise that the number of people testing old content on the beta is probably what? 5%? Probably less? Iâm sure the vast majority of beta testers are testing current content anyway. And besides, itâs not like beta testers canât test more than one thing. I can test a DF quest 1 minute, then port to new dal and be in ToS in under 60 seconds. You do know Goroth is the first boss of ToS, right? The person testing him probably took less than 5min out of their time testing DF before quickly coming to their realisation.
This is a really foolish thing to say, I think.
That older content is still a part of the game, and as paying customers we should expect it to scale and work properly.
Might as well be asking for a worse end user experience, lol.
on a demon hunter? i use all the abilities to stay alive and even joined maldraxxus for the auto heal demon that you kill and heals you but unluckily it never pops before phase 3 if i even get there
Game launches in less than 2 months, so yeah this will basically be how the expansion launches. Same thing happened in SL and it never got fixed right.
i use veil of darkness right before the meteors hit to try and avoid the first DOT which probably would keep my alive to phase 3 and with the 20% chance it never happens enough
The hidden legacy content buff you get when you do old stuff isnât enabled on the beta to make sure people test DF. Itâll be enabled for the actual live release.
