I’m working on my shamans class hall mount and am up to the quest “Against Magatha’s Will” the quest is showing on my map as available and a location where I can accept it, but when I go there no npc is available to accept it from. I have accepted the “Expanding Your Horizons” quest from Aggra as someone on WoWhead suggested, but that isn’t making the quest giver show up.
Do I have to go and earn my other 2 artifacts to get the quest giver to show up? I’ve completed my class storyline, hence my confusion on the matter.
