In Legion, “Leggings of the Lower Planes” used to overlap your robe when transmogged, however in BFA (currently) this no longer happens and the legs do NOT overlap your robe. When the legs overlap your robe, it looks like 2 viking horns attached to the left side of your robe. Have submitted multiple bug tickets and recently was told to post the bug here. Hopefully this gets fixed!
