The Legacy of Arathor PTR has been updated with the following change:
OVERCHARGED DELVES
- We’ve made the following changes to the D.I.S.C. belt:
- Increased the base item level to 691 (was 684), and the max item level to 701 (was 694).
- Decreased Static Charge’s effect slightly.
- Increased the other effects significantly.
- Developer’s notes: Our goal with these changes is to make the different effects more competitive with each other for more players, and to ensure that the belt is desirable, but still gets replaced by endgame Season 3 gear.
- Players will need to do the Belt quests on a new character or recopy their character to see the new item levels.
