At this point the #nochanges people are doing their best to make sure that Classic is a failure and down to 1 server in 6 months. Have fun with that.
Actually it’s literally working 100% as it did in vanilla.
Actually they are the only ones going to make it good. Go back to bfa or your pserver. Clearly classic will be to difficult for you.
Yes they were. Clearly you never played vanilla.
This is kinda what I was trying to point out before, things are just not working properly even if they have gotten the “numbers” correct because they’re using a Modern WoW base formula.
As a result things are misbehaving; and I am glad that there are other’s who can see it’s just not right.
I would not call “Literalists” the same as “no changes” types…
Literalists are kinda ridiculous, while the people who just want their damn game back want the game to play as it did, as close as we can get.
If that means numbers have gotta change a little to duplicate the original game then so be it.
this is a very no-changes point of view…
Meanwhile literalists are nailed down to “These exact numbers” for no other reason then “these exact numbers” even if those exact numbers don’t work the same way because the entire server structure and base server code are different.
These literalists don’t care because they’re either ridiculously afraid of letting blizzard do their job out of well deserved mistrust OR they’re the kind of jerks that were spamming us 3, 4, 5, 6 10 years ago with the wall of NO.
Take your pick, but the literalists are not all the same camp, some are just trolls for the sake of trolling while other’s are rightfully distrusting of Blizzard.
I on the other hand like a lot of people want the game to be the same, and if that means numbers have gotta change to match the game play in practice then that’s what needs to be done.
I think it is some sort of personality disorder. Kind of creepy and sad really. I feel like they are going to be alone on a server rocking back and forth whispering “no changes no changes no changes”.
It’s kinda ridiculous really…
I mean what’s most important? Some silly arbitrary numbers that only the devs ever see OR…
Actual game play?
I put my vote on game play every time, because that’s what matters; game play IS the game and that’s where these literalists are kinda being ridiculous and need to chill out.
You keep saying #nochanges like you understand what that means.
Then you say it to me when I call you out on #mychanges
The cringe.

It’s akin to wanting the original SMB to run locked at clock speeds on the Switch for authenticity completely ignoring that it would run over 1000x faster. There’s a point at which numbers need to be tuned.
I’m all for accuracy but not at the cost of function. We aren’t getting Vanilla. There are already changes to the game which will affect everything down to class population at the onset.
On one hand we want authenticity and on the other we want things to function as we would expect them in 2019 like bug fixes, smoother play, less lag, etc. It’s understandable we can never get Vanilla again and we certainly aren’t but there’s stuff that should be brushed up on and stuff that shouldn’t.
Sitting next to the fireplace at the inn. Rocking back and forth while staring at my ring of power and whispering to myself “no changes no changes no changes”.
Leeway is working 100% as it did in vanilla. The fact that you are arguing it means you never played vanilla and don’t know what you are talking about.
I have nothing to comment on this other than when I log on these forums for my daily read I see this topic and think LEEEEEEEWAY JEEEENNNNKINZZZZZ
