Thank you!
Yes, Iām not a fan of leeway or batching either. But for me consistency is key. Canāt pick and choose.
Yep, consistency over all.
Iāll take the accurate values. To hell with trying to tweak something to meet a million different peoples āfeelsā.
Thatās ridiculous.
so we expect for some it might feel different
Anything else youād like to selectively ignore?
Thatās nice dear.
Hope you enjoy being countered by Greater Shadow Protection Potion for the entire Classic experience.

accurate values that took into consideration 2004 accurate internet connection valuesā¦
Keep thinking you got this and Iāll make my leeway even FARTHER so I can DoT you from THE NEXT CONTINTENT.
Thereās no stopping me!
Well, there isā¦ But we donāt talk about that in public shhhh.
You know what else he says?
Ill see you in classicā¦ if leeway is inā¦ I will be a Warlockā¦or mageā¦
if it is fixed I will play hunterā¦

Unfortunately you canāt āfeelā leeway as it is an execution. It happens. Itās real, not perceived.
You think itās fake. I get it. You just plug your ears and take the changes Blizz says are OK.
Not me. I donāt want these changes. I want the game to PLAY as it did back then.
If you want changes go back to your pserver. I want the game I played back then and I want it to play as it did back then. If that means things need to be tweaked due to infrastructure and code - so be it. So long as it plays authentically.
I get it you donāt want an authentic experience but this is what weāve all been asking for and so far itās not there yet.
Go back to your pserver if you want these changes.
Iām out. No sense arguing with a pro changes pserver scrub.
You think itās fake. I get it. You just plug your ears and take the changes Blizz says are OK.
What the heck are you babbling about? Youāre the one choosing to think Blizz is lying when they have no benefit or reason to do so.
Have I fallen for an elaborate troll this whole time?
No sense arguing with a pro changes pserver scrub.
I have. Well played sir. Good troll.
Go put on your tinfoil hat.
Iām not a fan of leeway or batching either. But for me consistency is key. Canāt pick and choose.
I hear you, I really do. I have been quite antagonistically #nochanges since day one.
But my worry is that the vast, vast majority of players are simply fickle. If it āfeelsā or āplaysā different then they will just jump ship and Classic will be a ghost town.
I donāt know about you but the only reason I play MMOs is because of the community. If there is no one to play with I might as well just load Skyrim back up.
put on your tinfoil hat.
I have copious amounts of alcohol. I donāt even have the coordination to type without auto correct, much less the dexterity to make a hat out of tin foil sir.

Iām quite confident that Blizzard is capable of adjusting leeway to match current average internet speedā¦ considering they did it in original vanilla. Iād be pretty surprised if they didnāt at least try at some point.
Itās the same exact thing, just adjust the average ping to be lower.
Iām quite confident that Blizzard is capable of adjusting spell batching to match current average internet speed
See what I did thereā¦
No. Iām pretty dense so youāll have to be more blunt with your points. I saw your edit but iām not sure what it implies.
iām not sure what it implies.
Spell Batching is beyond not working the way it did in Vanillaā¦
Not even closeā¦
It is causing other issues with core game play mainly with Locks and Huntersā¦
If it cannot be fixed it needs to be removedā¦
Leeway is in the same boatā¦ something that was old and needed in 2004 but not needed in todays advanced level of technological gamer computers and internet speeds.
Iāll take #nochanges.
If they remove leeway and spell batching I fully expect them to touch up some of the clearly incomplete classes like paladin, shaman, and druid.
Ahh okay. Yeah I agree with the sentiment. Itās difficult for me to imagine why so many people think adjusting leeway is some impossible task. Itās a system designed to appeal to the average internet speed, we can just modernize the systemās average if it must stay.
