night elf warlocks isn’t night elf society welcoming them with open arms, it’s a handful of individuals deciding they want to forsake conventional magic to pursue greater power. Most races hate warlocks.
Lightforged draenei are the exception, they’d probably explode or something if they tried to be warlocks.
