you did some +10s in s1, not sure the current issue. were you running with guildies who don’t play anymore?
The first thing would be to get you ilevel over 640 which is super easy in current content between nightfall activities, undercoin purchases, delves, and lfr. plus there should be plenty of shards to craft items.
then, post your own key an climb the best you can.
maybe post some m0s to get started.
it is pretty late in the season to really push, but it is possible.
