Easy as the game is there really is no need for world buffs. I vote for their removal, lets call it War on Buffs. Where’s Nancy Reagan, we need her!
So don’t use them, make or join a no buff guild. There’s no reason the rest of us need to play by your personal rules.

They datamined hc realms on retail, and seeing as hc isn’t really a thing on retail compared to classic I think the assumption is that they will be for classic seeing as we use the same client!
Also agreed on world buffs stance, if you don’t like em don’t use em. It’s a good indication that world buffs biggest hater (Frosstfire) didn’t even raid when he got the first iteration of vanilla without world buffs, that these casuals won’t even play the game anyways haha.

World buffs are not a requirement to kill bosses. They are self-imposed requirements by guilds or raid leaders. If you aren’t adult enough to say “No I don’t want to use world buffs or participate in getting them” or join a more casual guild, that’s on you. You are adult enough to get a job and pay for a sub. Otherwise you’re a child and should get a parent to help you download Roblox.
If you say they create a toxic environment by allowing players to be killed with them, don’t participate in ganking players.
If you say players use them to cheese the bosses, then what about flasks? Or stacking certain classes, or using certain specs? The list will never end. Trying to control how others play the game while it doesn’t effect whether or not you will kill a boss, is in the end none of your business.

When you have more life experience you will understand this.
No it is this simple. There are people that feel as you do and do not want to use world buffs. You just happen to be the minority. There are guilds even now on era to this day lol.
Go find them, makes groups and down content. If you dont like the current “meta” dont be a part of it, but there will always be one. Even though I agree meta gaming in our current day goes way to far at times. World buffs are not the enemy. Toxic players are.

No, it actually is that simple. Show some self restraint. If you don’t want to participate in world buffs, find people who want to play your way and build a team. You say it’s popular, then prove it. Some things take a little effort, if you want it so badly you’ll put in the effort. Stop being lazy by expecting everyone else to make a change they don’t like so you don’t have to work for your goal.
Categorizing people by age etc to dismiss their viewpoints is also lazy. It shows that you are incapable of holding a legitimate discussion.

If you need world buffs you are bad and you are destroying the game.

They should be removed.
Don’t want to use em, don’t get em or participate in them.
You regularly get kicked out of guilds (7 if I remember right) so you’ll eventually land on a casual, Disney friendly guild
Or just remove them from the game to avoid temptations by bad players who then become toxic when other people don’t want to get world buffs with them.
Removing world buffs is saving people from themsevles.
You were removed from 7 guilds. Most likely due to:
- your personality
- your lack of participation in getting world buffs or flasks
- your personality
If you can’t handle taking the time to get them, they removed them for players like you in SoM. The Disney friendly server where there are no mean world buffs.

They aren’t. The game in original form had all of these buffs. YOU are trying to tell others what to do by asking for them to be removed. YOU are trying to dictate a play style.
The buffs are not required to complete content, YOU can refrain from using them
This is all about YOU.
They even created a box to put the buffs in until you are ready. This company is nuts to go to theses lengths for this group. They never appreciate it either.

Here is the crazy part about your “statement”. You aren’t forced to smoke. If you don’t wanna smoke, don’t buy em.
If you don’t want to use world buffs, don’t get em and join a Disney adult friendly guild that doesn’t require em.

Or he could roll on a pve realm where he belongs and wouldn’t need to worry about ganking at all. But he won’t raid anyway,. Or get buffs, so it doesn’t really matter he just wants to harm the game and laugh at the playerbase.
