Maybe Era’s population (at least on Whitemane) has increased enough to the point where they had to re-enable them? I feel like they should have said something.
My point regarding getting rid of layers entirely does still stand though. They solve a problem and, in the absense of layers, do you have any alternatives to address that problem?
