Layering is working as intended. Blizzard is adjusting things as needed to prevent (as much) damage being dealt to the economy.

Sorry no they’re not, the hotfix yesterday is far too little far too late, the damage is already done.

It won’t solve this type of abuse:

Watched Asmongold abuse layering to bypass 3 hr cooldown

He needs to be banned for this clear exploit.
