The fact that we still don’t have any response from Blizzard on this issue just shows how much they respect the community.
It’s actually disgusting that we are being treated like this.
In any I.T. environment, if a change is made, and sh1t hits the fan, the change is rolled back, the stakeholders are notified (THAT’S US) and analysis is done.
Blizzard, you are a complete and utter joke.

Blizz would be agile devops, so no change control or accountability. Less people with more automation.
It’s Monday morning in America, so the working week would’ve just started.
They’ll respond soon.
They would use automation for the change sure, but they would still need impact analysis.
Basically, no matter what framework they are using, it doesn’t excuse this gross incompetence.
A major change for every system in a line of business (in this case, WoW Classic) doesnt just get walked away from after flipping a switch, irrespective of the time or day.
And if that’s what they did, well, sell your stocks now if you have any.
With 4-6 hour Queue times during peak hour, It’s making raid time very hard for my guild. Not everyone within a 40 player environment is able to login in the early afternoon to beat peak time queue’s for scheduled evening raid time.
Blizzard needs to consider some kind of action for Arugal as it’s beyond a joke to wait 5-6 hours to play. Queue times are starting at 2pm every day since the change.

I had a look around the forums and couldn’t see any posts about this, so I wanted to let Blizzard know that Arugal currently has very long queues and everyone knows that queues are like vacuum cleaners… They suck!
Please add layers back to Arugal so that working people can play World of Warcraft Classic on Arugal.

really? i’d consider server switching if the queue’s that bad, i don’t have an issue logging in on mine.
That’s the only thing we could do to let them know they have made a Huge mistake. I’ve cancelled my sub.

I’m going to cancel mine too, it’s paid to december so i’m assuming i’ll get a refund to my method of payment?

Blizzard have unsuccessfully attempted to de-layer Arugal 3 times now, and shown abject incompetence or negligence to our servers situation every single time. I’m done, I’m actually blown away that they need to keep making this mistake repeatedly to get it through their thick skulls. People cannot play the game. Raiding guilds are being put on the ropes because not even close to everyone in a given raid roster can manage to babysit the game all afternoon to play in the evening.
