Can I just say I suspected this two years ago with how quick some forum action was, that it seemed like there was Blizzard employees masking as regular forum posters.
And they were targeting posters.

Makes you wonder. And ren is right, there was a brief time were certain posters were definitely being targeted. I got silenced a few times for really minor stuff, but blatant racist and sexist stuff would go untouched

I believe so, and he also had a HMP with the same name.
Edit: He was actually an undead DK then he deleted that character and made an HMP with the same name. Due to how posts are saved, the posts from the previous character transferred to the new one.
