Lawless Mode - Free-For-All

I like this idea, i liked Free for All PVP back in legion and don’t care much for the Faction war stuff now and then. Only Problem…

In order to reduce the incentive to camp players in lawless mode, slain players should receive a debuff lasting for 2 minutes (increasing by 1 minute for each subsequent death during the debuff) that will cause them to no longer drop a bag of goods on death for the duration of the debuff. The debuff will be further refreshed on subsequent deaths caused by a player.

Bag of Goods? is that like, looting stuff from our Bags at complete random and losing that item, or is a bag of goods is from a separate loot table with it’s own loots and goodies?

If it’s the first one, then i’m out. If it’s the latter, that’s good, cause i don’t want to lose an item from my bags from being reminded how much i suck at PvP.
