Launcher issue

I keep getting this whenever I log onto the Launcher:

Despite repeated closure and relogging its still there and will not load the full page. I can play the game fine.

PS: I did use the option on the launcher to report a bug just now, so this is a duplication report but Ive left it up anyhow.

This is mainly happening and the resolution is to have your authenticator ready, and log in to the shop via the battlenet app.
