I’ve tried World of Warcraft Launcher.exe and Battle Net Launcher.exe and Battle Net.exe and all 3 crashed and displayed a “Blizzard Error” notice saying the application encountered an “unexpected error.”
Also tried Wow.exe which got me to the game log in screen, which resulted in me being “disconnected.”

Unfortunately, we can’t use those for troubleshooting. When Blizzard had a tech support team, they had a tool to decipher the codes. However, since they discontinued courtesy tech support 2.5 years ago and disbanded that team, those codes are now only useful to the QA department (that’s why there is a button to send the info).
This forum remains as a player-to-player troubleshooting area. Can you add a DxDiag here?
Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
Name the file dxdiag and click Save.
After you have the report:
Upload to Pastebin.com.
Paste the link in your reply.
