Latest Endeavor - 153 days?

I wasn’t sure if my eyes were playing tricks on me or not. Nope. Not cool. Please don’t do this to us!

Good to know I’m not the only one wondering about that time frame.

153 days might be enough time for me to grind out the consortium endeavors in my alliance neighborhood. Either way, I’m not holding my breath.

It’s not accurate and likely placeholder as to not reveal the patch date, despite us knowing it will be August 11th as thats when Turbulent Timeways ends.

They said in the 12.1 Wowcast that when the patch goes live the housing endeavour will be changed to an Amani themed one for everyone. Similar to how they did the Blood Elf Artisans at Midnight’s full release March 3rd.

yeah, I’ve got the 153 days too, and the exact endeavor we just had (Niffen) and just no. Blizz is really trying to destroy housing at this point.

I didn’t even notice this bug lol; they sure do know how to troll their housing fans.

J/k it’s pretty funny. I have no doubt it’s a placeholder.

Just noticed this when we picked ours this evening. It definitely should be 28 or 35 to align with 12.1’s launch so the new ones can be offered.

I didn’t even get a fun endeavor this time. It is the consortium. The one I like the least.

It is probably overly long so they don’t give away the 12.1 release date yet.

Genuinely dont know why people complain about this every time. They’re all open. You know this, join a group for a vendor you want.

If you want the ability to choose, get out of a private neighborhood.

Yes.

By going to mechagon and doing the dungeon. Like what?

In general, though, this is exactly the same as the Blood Elf endeavor.

Dungeons and raids don’t scale like the zones do during endeavors.

Mine says 153 days as well AND both of them changed to Dracthyr, something I’ve not had in either one before, so I guess they both went whelp, here you go since we haven’t done this yet…boom. Will be fun trying to fill both sides doing the same stuff over and over, really pulling for my fellow horde plays for that hood since I don’t go there often.

Reporting that mine says 153 days as well and I no longer show my experience 12,900 which is what it took for me to reach level 9, but what I currently have 25,492. 1st time I have gotten the Loamm Endeavor and no way I want to be stuck here for that many days.

I really don’t quite understand how these things ‘randomly’ rotate. We’ve had Mechagon in my public neighbourhood (Promised Sea Isle) for a couple of weeks or so now, but before that it was stuck on the Forbidden Reach one continuously since the initial release of Housing.

And this week? It’s just flipped back to Forbidden Reach. Doh!

I’d love to see some variety, especially as we don’t have a directory system to just wander freely into other instanced neighbourhoods at will like FF14 does.

We already pretty much know the release date is August 11th, which is when Turbulent Timeways ends. The odds they postpone at all are extremely remote considering how concretely they have stayed on their release cadence since mid-TWW. They can’t really afford to delay it or season 2’s RWF would begin to intersect BlizzCon travel, and I’m pretty sure there are members of RWF guilds taking part in some of the global finals.

Even when things are predictable, they will try to control the narrative.

Yeah, everyone gets Amani. However, I wonder if we’ll get the traveling endeavor vendors like we did when we got blood elves at the start of midnight

They publicly stated that 12.1 will force an amani endeavor, similar to how midnight forced blood elves. The endeavor will tie in with the events of 12.1.

The exact 12.1 launch date is unknown, hence the placeholder. But the patch will be launching in under 60 days, which is why we are getting one slightly longer endeavor now instead of one regular endeavor and one short endeavor.

This is exactly the same as what happened the last time an endeavor was going to be forced on all neighborhoods, so I’m not sure why so many people are freaking out about it.

Have we figured out why this is happening?

I’m pretty sure the vendors were not meant to be there. Currently we have a bug where when you sit down on a chair in your neighborhood, default houses pop up on every property for a second. This looks like a debug tool that somehow now is visible. The vendors in the neighborhood were likely also just a debug tool that somehow made it into the live game.
