It was recommended that I post this information I received from my last ticket with Blizzard. My ticket was “marked” resolved, so this was my only option for assistance. Any help would be welcomed.
What we see with WinMTR data is once the connection is handed from the ISP to you LEVEL 3 data loss occurs starts to occur: pastebin.pl/view/57ee14b8
Overall this is an issue along the route between the ISP and the peering partner its using to get the traffic to us.
See if the Internet Service Provider can review these route and change it or report the issue to Level 3. I did search our in coming contacts along with forums posts but I could not find your ISP or other players in your start reporting issues. You could also start a thread on our Technical support forums with this data: The reasoning behind this is that Blizzard can at certain times reach out to ISP providers as well if we see a large impact. You may title the thread with your ISP name help other players find it.
