Greetings Champions,
[Im squishy and I know it] is currently recruiting for our Mythic Progression team. Last raid tier was our first on the Horde side of raiding on Area 52, previously we played Alliance on Stormrage.
In a few short months we managed to put together a raid team and starting seeing rapid progression a bit too late. We ended the expansion at 11/12M, but strive to continue building and be a CE guild.
We are currently recruiting DPS classes, but are open to accepting other outstanding applications.
What we provide
- A fun competitive atmosphere - Lots of friendly banter and ribbing with players pushing each other to be the best they can be.
- Raiders and officers who legitimately care about you as a person and a player.
- A solid progression environment - Our raiders constantly help each other with Mythic+ and progression.
Our Expectations
- Consistency - We need raiders who will show up on time, every time.
- Class Knowledge - We need people who know how to play their classes at a high level, we are always open to theory crafting and helping out as well. But please have a general knowledge of your class.
- Growth Mindset - Our ideal raider learns from their mistakes and is looking to improve constantly.
Raid Info
- We Raid Wednesday/Thursday 11PM-2AM(EST) Raid invites generally go out at 10:45. If you are unable to make a raid we expect as much of a heads up as possible.
- We do a Trial window to view your performance, and general knowledge of your class/spec. During this time as a trial you will be required to provide your own Food/Flasks/Pots, if you get promoted these will be provided to you.
Trials
- Trials will be evaluated during a 2-4 week trial. You will be evaluated on Mechanics, Damage, Healing, and your ability to communicate effectively.
- During your trial your application can be approved or declined at any point so make sure you always come prepared.
Loot
- Loot that is tradeable goes through RC loot council (we do utilize a loot council).
- Loot drama is not tolerated, and players that are “loot focused” will be filtered out. Loot is used to help progress the TEAM not for your personal gain.
