Devs now nerf Havoc’s most important traits at last minute. What an ambush? If Devs think Havoc is too strong, why not nerf “Know your enemy” and " Any means Necessary" much earlier? Spent like 5 weeks on beta testing, now all DH mains just want to delete their account.

AMN was a good nerf, but leaving out the momentum talents from these nerfs while nerfing burning wound is laughably incompetent. They nerf the only alternative we have to initiative even though initiative and the momentum talents were already superior.

I understand the need for nerfs, but still the EMN change feels like 
, now I will have to calculate 3 things in my mastery, the base effect, the speed effect (1/3 Mastery) and additionally list the abilities that are affected by EMN and apply 4/5 of the mastery to them 
, this just makes it harder to mentally calculate builds and throws more people into the min/max guides.
but oh well, it is what it is
