Lagging until it's unplayable then DCs

Hello,

I’ve tried everything on the FAQ, reset internet modem, checked drivers, all of that and I am still getting non- stop lag to the point to where my character will stay in place doesn’t matter if I am on a regular character or a legion remix one. I am not sure what else to do and customer service was no help in the matter.

Is it all characters? I know you mentioned “a regular character or a legion remix”.

Is this something which has been occurring for an extended period of time, or did it start at a particular, recent point in time?

Did you try the full UI reset? Please note you can just rename (or move) the WTF and interface folders, and restore them afterward. Cache should be deleted.

Two-day-later edit:

Most lag self-resolves because it's due to routing issues on third-party hardware. This has also the effect of being un-resolvable by either yourself or Blizzard.

I assume this is the case for you as there’s been no follow-up. Cheers!
