I am lagging every other step I take in WoW classic anniversary and in MoP. I have disabled all addons and reinstalled the game even to no avail. This started happening when the Amazon servers went down and I haven ‘t seen a fix or an update to help alleviate the issue. Any idea?

Blizzard doesn’t use Amazon Web Services, so they wouldn’t have any updates to share about that issue. Maybe your ISP uses some of their routing to reach Blizzard.

Here is how I fixed mine results may vary.
Type msconfig in the start bar
when msconfig comes up go to tools tab
search for internet protocol configuration
launch this with the button below
when the window pops up type this or copy paste it from here…done …close and enjoy
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
