Lack of gear for casual playstyles in Shadowlands

It may be too late for SL launch or 9.0, but the one piece of feedback I would have for game developers is not to alienate your “casual” players; you likely have metrics if you need proof of how many players are doing what sorts of content.

One of the trends I see from Blizzard is at the beginning of the expansion they place restrictions on content so players are forced to grind more in the beginning. This always has a negative responds and by the next patch they start to change the restrictions.

ATM I feel this expansion is Legion-BFA 2.0 and might have the result of WoD. They need to be careful about this because if they lost the casuals to other game, they might not get them back as easily as in the past.
