The Comet Storm triggered by the mage tier set bonus (2 item) is interacting with the Kyrian covenant ability Radiant Spark – resulting in a substantial DPS loss. This issue previously affected Winter’s Chill and was corrected prior to 9.2 going live.
This issue is still not fixed on the latest PTR build.
Any ETA when it will be corrected?
