It is the same model as lady panda, both of the KT models are just up scaled Pandaren which is just a reskinned version of the fat councilman NPCs. If they add skinny KT, they have to add fat regular humans/ Gilneans and then it gets into non proportionality with every other race.

They are obese but not to that extreme of a level. They have the active lifestyle horrible diet body type.

Also sometimes someone gets that build at an older age too.
The coach at a club I go to kind of ended up getting really bulky in later life after a pretty serious leg injury. But things like his resting heart rate are still really good for his age because when he was younger he was a pretty serious athlete.

Again, fem pandas and fem KT have the exact same body. Itâs because one is a panda and one is a human. Skinny pandas would be weird.
Yes, the body model used for the female Maldraxxi guards would have worked better.
Failing that they also could have used a slightly larger female orc body model.
