Kul Tiran Paladins!

So, Atomic Recalibrator + Paladin = Kul Tiran Paladin. All the spells works, looks pretty good!

Why not change that 0 to and 1 and Lets us have Kul Tiran Paladins with no cooldown?

For what it’s worth, according to a Wowhead article, there have been datamined spells for both a Kul Tiran and Void Elf version of Divine Steed. Perhaps that could be an indication to expect them to expand on available races for Paladin!

Or it could just be meant solely for the use of the Kul Tiran and Void Elf Paladin NPCs, though their existence alone does leave credence that we could expect them to be playable.

This makes no sense, why would an NPC need instructions on the use of a mount? like lasts 3 seconds and can be used indoors lol

Take this with a grain of salt, because it’s purely conjecture based on my understanding of how the game works, but I believe NPCs (some, at least) have abilities that they use like a player does. Like how when a Priest Mind Control’s a mob, they have a set of abilities on a hotbar that can be used.

I would imagine that a Paladin NPC would be given a set of abilities they use in combat, such as Divine Steed, and thus two unique Divine Steed spells would need to be created that use the respective race’s mount model for that purpose.

NPC have scripts, they don’t have any use for hot bars or a UI like we do, Their abilities and actions are controlled by the games underlying AI and scripting

I’ll ask you, when was the last time you saw an NPC Paladin use “divine steed” I’ll tell ya, never they always use a normal mount that’s instantly cast because it’s scripted

That divine steed spell you’ve seen on WoWhead is definitely a player spell, now it’s just a matter of when they’ll release Paladin to more races

I mean, fair enough! I was only quoting the Wowhead article’s reasoning that this isn’t a sure-fire sign we will be seeing Void Elf and Kul Tiran Paladins. Though upon further reading, the fact that these talents have modifications to account for Divine Steed talents in the class tree does seem to further lean into that these races could be getting Paladins after all.

I know and I agree with you, the mods for divine steed pretty much seal the deal unless the dev’s are trying to trick us into thinking we might get Paladin on other races, but TBH with the addon change that so many dislike, then to trick so many at this point might be the last straw for many myself included

There is literally no reason even in Lore that all races can’t be Paladin, I mean look at Lightforged Draenei Warlocks, really? lightforged using Fel? it’s pretty much all races can play all classes at this point after that, LOL

I agree with this, I used the Atomic Recalibrator on my Human Paladin, it turned her into a Vulpera for an hour and I had a blast playing Vulpera Paladin and the animations where spot on perfect!
