Korrak's Revenge is over in 10 days ⚔

I have, all at 120 now. I’m waiting for Vulpera (in general) and Velf’s DKs being added atm, don’t want anything else.

This does remind me though that I need to take my Horde Paladin in, I need 1k kills to get the gold color of the Corrupted Ashbringer, and I do want that, and he’s only at 357 because I usually don’t PvP with him.

I should get my goblin dk and Tauren leveled for the heritage armor.

Speaking as someone who generally does care about Horde bias and who has been kind of avoiding my Alliance alts because it’s really not a fun experience to run them through this–you can still get the Alliance ram mount by playing Horde. As soon as you get the wolf mount, your Alliance toons will have access to the ram one.

It’s annoying that the BG is not designed in our favor, sure, but when you consider our faster queues and the fact that we can still use the Horde advantage to our advantage to get our mount anyway, it’s really not that bad.

Or just grind out 20 games. It’s 10 badges for a loss, 20 for a win.

I guess I was making an underlying point about how some people have said the quests in AV are bad for AV.

When really, the only bad one is: Korrak. Especially since you can kill him in Northrend.

All the other quests involve ACTIVELY WINNING the game. If you join an AV and someone says “I’m going to cap a GY and destroy a bunker!” you’re like “hells ya!!! Go get 'em!”

But as soon as the selfish dimwits enter and say “let’s kill Korrak”, I know we’re in for a much slower game. Especially if only 1-2 insist on trying, they’ll never get it done, so they often give up and just focus on AV.

But if 8-10 dullards group together to down Korrak, that’s a large of percentage of the group that IT WILL hold back some aspect of the game. We won’t be taking an objective, we won’t be able to defend something. F Korrak.

But all the other quests, your team will be doing BETTER for them. And… you’ll get your mount quicker! And really, if you’re Alliance facing a 5% win-rate, you’re probably should be focusing on those quests since you’re not going to be winning many of your games.

I almost have 30 120s they had sat at 90 and above forever collecting dust. I did not like the ‘raid’ but Korraks was stellar i will miss it come the 7th.

Not being much of a PVPer, I stuck with Korrak’s Revenge until I got the mount, but I’m tempted to go back and try to level some alts that way.

Hm…if you’re leveling 110-120 don’t you have to quest on the alt to unlock WQ anyway? And doing the quest lines to unlock the WQ pretty much takes you from 110-120 anyway.

What’s the point of speed leveling to 120 then?

Once you’ve unlocked them on one character, I believe you get access to them on your max level alts as well. My 120 rogue has access to WQs and is still neutral with 3 of the reps.

No if you have qualified to unlock WQ one time you just get it unlocked at 120 account wide. You just do the quest for the whistle/unlock. Same with Legion.

Omg so much wasted time…

Thank you. I’ll try Korraks Revenge for leveling then.

Well now you know.

I would if I were you. I too am not a big pvper, but the amount of time saved by leveling my alts in Korrak’s made it worthwhile.
