Except I don't want to do mythic+..,
Seems stupid to make Mythic only anything at this point in the game. What does it actually accomplish?
It adds an incentive to actually do dungeons the way they should be done, and of course encourages you to eventually do Mythic+.
If you enjoy WoW at its core, you would enjoy Mythic+.
I know not everyone is head over heals with them like I am, but dungeons are a core part of PVE content in this game, and have been since day 1.
Its the next logical progression of a system dominating small group play since the earliest groups were formed!
Every thing you just wrote is wrong and narrow minded. They are going to release these eventually as heroic. So again what point does this serve? Also how do you think M+ is the embodiment of everything enjoyable with wow? The competitive dungeon/raid scene is something I actively dislike about WoW. I play it to enjoy a slow paced and leisurely game.

It isn't about difficulty.
I'm 100% sure I can do mythic dungeons with little to no effort.
The hard part that I've never been able to do is creating the group.
LFD solves the problem of group creating.
That's why everything should have that form of group creation available.
Yeah. The stresses of begging someone to let you into a group, scrutinizing your gear rating, admitting that no, you haven't ever been there before-- it's awkward and uncomfortable and just... bad.

*facepalm* Oh joy! Its Suramar all over again.
I'm guessing that these dungeons close out the stories for the two islands and thus is now locked away from those of us who prefer to LFD.
Come on Blizz please have a Heroic option for these dungeons. or folks are just gonna get frustrated again...just like Suramar.
I don't even care. I'll get to it when the Expac is over. :)

What exactly is hard about creating a group in Pre-Made finder. You select the dungeon you want to do, the difficulty, type in the dungeon name, then click create group. Then you just wait for people to apply and click invite. If you want to truly recreate LFD, then set the ilvl to the minimum required and invite ANYONE who applies to create a 1 tank, 1 healer, 3 dps group.
Why is that somehow challenging? The effort is minimal compared to the past where groups had to spam in SW and general for other players.
It'd also be effortless for Blizzard to create a Heroic version for people to be able to be auto invited and you can do stuff out in the world while you wait for your queue to pop and not be locked into waiting at the dungeon entrance.
At least that's how I see it.

Basically, this is a "when I get to quit the game for several months" bar.
Those suck, they should get rid of those.
I legit just want to play the game and not play some kind of crazy social metagame that people seem to believe should exist "because back in vanilla..."

Not at all. I am not asking for Mythic to be taken away because I don't enjoy it. He is justifying these dungeons being Mythic only right now because that is the way he feels the game should be play. While I want more options. Nothing gets taken away from him when these get turned into Heroics.

Mythic. Not Mythic Plus.
He was talking about Mythic being more old school. You form or join a group without any random matchmaking and you need to actually travel to the entrance of the Dungeon. That encourages more social gameplay AND fits more into an RPG style of play than hitting a button.

If you did any Mythic Zero's in Legion you'd know that they're about as far from Special Snowflake level as you can get. They're tuned like Heroics were in MoP.
Is it being a "Special Snowflake" to be OK with opening the Group Finder and applying for the dozens of Groups that will be running these Dungeons when they release?

I have soloed +5 but oh well your argument makes no sense
If its as easy as heroic MoP then it should be in Lfd :)
Easy but hard , hard but easy are oxymorons

Why does this make you quit.

No one is stopping you from just playing the game? That's legit the only reason anyone is here. To play the game. And what the hell is a metagame
"because back in vanilla..."
No one brought up vanilla but you, what does that have to do with anything.
LFD and LFR were mistakes and should be removed.

That's narrow minded. Saying his viewpoint is wrong. The point of releasing these dungeons like this is to add a flair to them.
It's like completing a raid during it's patch, vs the patch after. Sure, you did it while level appropriate, but you didn't do it when it actually meant something. It has nothing to do with making hardcore types feel all "special snowflakey" it's about just acknowledging and rewarding people who spend a bit more time in the game than others.

No, your argument makes no sense, as I just stated. They don't do this to make hardcore players feel all special and fuzzy.

You do realize YOU can still do that even if others are allowed to play the way they enjoy? When he said "If you enjoy WoW at its core, you would enjoy Mythic+. " that is just wrong and narrow minded. I enjoy many aspects of WoW and structured competetive play is not one of them. Maybe he needs a news flash, but how he likes to play is not "WoW's core" and not what others may enjoy.

Then they wouldn't make it exclusively mythic while other instances having heroic and normals :)
Moreover i was responding to the poster claiming they are as easy as heroic mop instances while not being part of lfd.
