Just remember we have Stoneform. You will be eating nothing but liquids and mush if you try to take a bite out of a dwarf. 
Besides, dwarves are a layer of fat and then a bunch of sinewy meat. That’s not appetizing in anyway. I know this cause a dragon named Smrgol* taught me that.
