Blizz was adamant about challenge appearances staying gone.
Ask for more recolors like they did with werebear.

Iâm just not selfish.
i dont really care if people get the same items as me⌠what would annoy me is that blizzard would spend all this time and resources on putting things back into the game when they could spend that time and resources on making new challenges.
itâs like the twitch drops, right? many people got a special new mount that they never had before⌠well, what do the people get if they already had fel drake? do they spend less money on subscriptions? are they less special than players without the fel drake? why donât they get something to reward them for staying subbed?
what would all the people who got all mage tower weapons get? there would be no new content for themâŚwhy should they be punished because they did the content when it was current?

im all for bringing the appearances back but they have not held up to time. they look pretty mid nowadays. so put them on the trading post

Itâs minimal effort to bring this content back. They are not designing an entire raid to please a large portion of the player base.

it is WAY easier than it was when it was re-released in shadowlands.
it takes ALOT of time and effort for blizzard to recreate the challenge to make it the same difficulty as it was when it was releasedâŚ
and no, someone should not get the appearances if they donât complete a challenge that is the same as those who did it when it was current.
blizzard did not tune the mage tower properly for Dragonflight⌠the addition of all the new talents made it extremely trivial.
what was really really hard in shadowlands has become a walk in the park.
and blizzard took the mage tower down from october 2022 until february 2023⌠that was MONTHS that blizzard spent on re-tuning the mage tower and still didnt get it correct.

There was 0 way to get the mount with in-game gold. The people who used in game gold. Were making trades with people who IRL bought the Trading Cards and got the card. Some of these trades were scams, others werenât.
What? I literally bought a TCG for in-game gold. How is this technically false? Just because the source of it came from a TCG game doesnât mean people didnt earn it in-game with gold. Someone activated it and sold it in-game for gold.
You do realize this is 100% against ToS correct? Therefore itâs not skill. Most of these sellers will either charge IRL money, or they take log-in codes of the people buying the carries. Then log in on thier account. Which is ALSO against ToS.

Facts you can buy TCG mounts for in-game gold. You can buy mage tower with RMT. Sorry this doesnât fit your narrative of TCG is just swiping and mage tower is not but couldnât be further from the truth. In fact, before the token. TCG mounts were often the way for RMT players to buy gold from legit players who farmed it.
Who cares. There is no way to explain why some people donât want them released again without sound like a gatekeeper or selfish.
I hope they release most of the removed content again. Every bit of it. I have a lot of it. But if it makes people like you quit the community is better off.

i imagine legion classic will ship without mage tower or mage tower but the appearances dont exist.

classic wow released 4 years ago. they are about to do cata (if)it means classic is progressing a year faster than originally. so legion will be in 4 years or so

Simply vocal have-nots whose sum total is a drop in the bucket compared to more profitable demographics to appease. Still get a good chuckle from these to this day.

You literally acted as if in-game gold was available as a skill to purchase it from say a vendor. Which isnât true.
You had to get lucky to find a non-scammer who was selling it for what ever auction price they decided to sell it at. Which grant you is a bit of skill to earn the gold to meet their prices.
Your argument is like saying anything on the in-game store is HARD EARNED work in-game. Because you can make the gold to get the item off the shop, with no middle man. Except a difference being that SOMEONE had to actually spend real life money to get the code for the mount that is being traded in game.
So unless youâre a full on advocate for the in-game cash shop, then you canât really act like the Fel Drake had any sort of actual skill in getting it.
The videos you linked, literally all showcase it in itâs Dragonflight incarnation for one. For two several of those videos mention specific items that youâll need to have a chance to cheese it and be easier.
That doesnât negate the fact that several players still have a challenge with it. Or the fact that many still speak of the Initial Shadowlands incarnation of the Mage Tower, which is what stated to be harder it was in Legion.
So again, considering that info, and how many people still struggle with it, even if they do min-max trinkets. Doesnât make it beyond easy, as you seem to claim it is. Hence my stance of it being BS.
