I get where your coming from, you would like to Q up for dungeons from various expansions. You assumed CT would let you do this at 50, and it didn’t work.
Your going against the design purpose of CT, to get you from 10 to 50, then progress you into Shadowlands (or BfA at this time). It was never designed to do what your after, maybe you should have locked you level at 118?
