They stay in place for a second before they move and it’s actually annoying asf

Technically Psychic Scream is 30 seconds on talent and it can be used every CD for that fight. Had to test it on a run and it worked as intended. Also Chastise being used for your Holy Fire and Image of the Naaru damage is the point of it being used that way, which makes Censure a useless talent. Learning the game, as always, is trial and error.
