Kicking people right after the m+ is over is extremely toxic behaviour

I totally get that it does seem rude to instakick someone right after the instance is done. But!!! As part of our required training at work (DEI stuff, personal improvement, manager training type stuff) I had to go through a class called Assume Good Intent. Basically it was saying that it’s more beneficial to you, your mental health, and your life in general to assume that everyone has good intent with their actions towards you and their interactions with you.

There is a risk because we know not everyone does but that it’s more beneficial to you in the long run to go through life with this mindset. Normally these types of required training put me to sleep and I barely pay attention just enough to pass the quiz at the end. But this had me intrigued. And I have to say it actually does work. It helps me be more positive and is just generally a less stressful way to look at things.

Maybe when this happens, becasue it’s happened to all of us who pug, just assume they were going to go do something with thier guild, or a guildie needed to join, or something that doesn’t involve they hated you and thought you sucked so they kicked you. I know sometimes in my friends group pugs have gotten kicked not because they were bad but for the reasons stated above.

I know it sucks and it can hurt our feelings but maybe assuming they had good intent or at least not bad intent might help? *hugs
