Kick option Can be fixed

Since I am always kicked because I am not a nice guy. I am not toxic, but I am very blunt. The fix is very easy.

  1. Change it to place a reason. For say DPS AFK. This feature could do random data and determine if it was warranted. If not kickers get a warning.
  2. You got all data. if someone not performing up to the required role. Place a warning that this person not performing his role.

sounds like a justified kick to me then. maybe you should work on your attitude.

If the majority of the group presses that vote kick button you deserve the kick. It doesn’t need to be anymore complex.

There’s no moderation team that’s going to sit around 24/7 and waste time deciding what’s right and wrong for kicking. The amount of tickets and outrage they’d have to deal with would be astronomical.

The system doesn’t pick and choose. If the group doesn’t want you, then you’re gone. It’s that simple. Nothing needs fixed.

The kick option is working exactly as intended.

I never get kicked from a random group because I am respectful.

Maybe its a you problem & you need to drop your crappy attitude.

I queued skirmishes for the weekly as a dps to avoid getting 3s because i’m a healer, and we ended up in a 3s anyway to my great sorrow

I told the healer i had no idea what i’m doing because i havent played dps since cata and he was like “just have fun bro :)” and it was great

How about you know…not say anything and not get kicked? Simply knowing that your interpersonal skills are lacking and that you’re unlikely receive a positive response.

This is a you problem. I don’t think I have been kicked but maybe once, twice max, and I afk on low content all the time.

Ummm, mostly they’re the same. Hurting people’s feelings to justify your personality seeps into the group enjoyment. Sorry, but you’re not standing on the best leg to make this argument.

I’ve seen groups kick people due to RL reasons, and it’s been entirely warranted:

“baby” / “kid” / “cat on fire”

If you’re not there to devote your time after i waited 40min in my dps queue, why’re you healing / tanking and not attending to your RL?

This is usually tanks and healers.

You know what?

As a rule, I always vote “yes”. I don’t even read the reason. I vote yes to move the group along. Whoever is having Drama, if the kick doesn’t pass, the Drama won’t end, and the group stalls.

Long live the group. Vote kick. Vote often.
