It seems incredibly unlikely that the problem is on the WCL side and far more likely that the problem is with the log that was uploaded. Can you get whoever uploaded the log to email it to you? You can then look through it manually. If you’re not in it then something else was wrong.
In retail the log would show you starting a cast even if it didn’t go off. Dunno about classic.
