So do you actually see him? Because I don’t even see him. All I see is Kalcegos (probably messed up the spelling but whatever).

I am also a victim.
After I killed the female orc, it showed to me that I have got the quest item. However, I can not see it in my backpack.
Then when I tried to turn in the quest, only Kalecgos is there.
I have tried it twice, I have no add on installed.
Same problem here, Khadgar isn’t there but my quest turn-in symbol is on the map

Been this way for me since yesterday. Tried doing various other quests and activities and still a no show. Adding my voice in the hopes this gets some attention.

Same here, been this way since Sunday morning for me. I’ve just been logging in to see if he is standing there.
As of 11:43pm on Monday the 27th - he isn’t there.
He’s back from the vacation.
