not a fan but i can get behind it.
Me where I live people “braai” a lot (braai is an Afrikaans word for barbecue just in case) where they use this braai salt. Replace salt with that then you get some good steak.
Why ruin steak?
Burger gets a bit or both, but the steak should speak for itself.

Dear God, I thought watching my kids ruin a steak with ketchup was bad.
Anyone who eats ketchup or mustard on steak should be cursed for eternity.
Nah I like mine medium with no sauce
a dash of steak spice, or if you suck at cooking some bbq sauce. anything else is an abomination.

Steak is lightly covered in olive oil and then generously salted/peppered.
If you need condiments for steak you’ve cooked it wrong.
