The uber casual who only does solo content and drops $$$ on tokens to buy raid carries every season, is the one paying the bills. The guys who buy every decor, mount, mog in the store are the ones paying the bills.
PvPers, all PvPers, are not even on their radar when it comes to making money with this game.
They make the vast majority of their money nowadays on the cash shop.
If I was a betting man I’d absolutely bet money on subs being the majority of their revenue, not MTX.

Most of my time lately has just been tw/leveling/collection so idk maybe you’re sort of right
