Just putting it out there that I do NOT plan on moving servers and that we as the Mankrick community stand up and say no., we will not move servers. Our server has been thriving since day one and given just a weeks notice is ridiculous when we all pay the same sub as everyone else. Mankrik is a family. Lets all stay together and say no transfers.

you’re going to see the same people on horde in pagle in a week and an even bigger community since other horde servers can transfer also.
Unsure how Pagle was chosen over Mankrik when there’s a higher population on Mankrik.

Probably because ironforge data is different to blizzard’s actual data. It’s not hard to assume that alliance players tend to not raid/log, thats why they chose alliance in classic. I don’t know the numbers, but thats my guess as thats how they chose the other realms in other regions (biggest pve server)
Hi - word of advice, don’t do this if you are a guild. You WILL eventually die, and when you finally transfer, you will continue to die because everyone has settled into their guilds.
If you want to keep/maintain/grow a guild - transfer asap. Don’t make this mistake (its sad 
)

Person making the choice has a material investment in Pagle. Otherwise they would have just made a new server for this purpose.

Atiesh guilds are also having the same conversation. We have a really tight knit server discord with people who’ve stuck around for 6 years. This is really upsetting. We all want to stay.
I love the community too and the server feel, but transfer is inevitable. I am pretty sure the two guilds I belong to will stick around for a while, but with new characters being locked, there can never be fresh blood on Mankrik again. People burn out and quit, who can replace them without new people?
Yup, can say i’ll leave my characters to die on Mankrik. Not like it’ll matter when Classic progression dies at the end of MoP anyways.

I moved off Mankrik in TBC to Pagle. Lots of us Alliance on Mankrik went to Pagle in TBC.
Come to Pagle before you regret it, the sooner the better (once free transfers open).
Yeah i was expecting Mankrik.
I did reserve names on both tho just incase as i was expecting it to be either of them.
i have the names i want on pagle, it’s basically guaranteed that we all end up there at this point
i was thinking they were going to make a new server but ill probably wait to go to pagle in a couple weeks or see how active it is for horde
Just goes to show that raid logs don’t represent the entire population. I know for MoP Classic I haven’t raided at all as I only plan to do Challenge Modes for sets and the Celestial Gear is the same as Heroic when scaled down.

But that wouldn’t be correct either because in game Mankrik is listed as a FULL realm while Pagle is listed as a HIGH realm.
It seems the devs are doing this to save their own characters names and guild achievements, something that we lose in this massive transfer.
