Your point is pretty bad though because high key level bosses don’t show up in random heroics while gladiators and mythic raiders show up in random BGs all the time. You don’t need gear to compete against random heroic bosses but everyone needs gear to compete in any PvP.

So if your whole point is “Players who have done better and bigger content to actually earn gear can show up and fight me, so I deserve the same gear without the same commitment!!” then you’re doing a great job at not persuading people to your cause.
