I can’t figure it out and people in game haven’t been responding. when I pick the herb winter kiss it kills me, is there a trick to picking this herb or do I just need to be higher level? ty for answers

Until you’ve got the rank 3 spell, it has a chance to do damage when you pick it. The damage should not be killing you, though. It’s possible something is wonky with the scaling, and it’s probably best to report it as a bug. (Either using the bug report forum or the in game bug reporting tool under the help menu.)
In the meantime, you may just want to wait until you’re a bit higher level to pick it.
