Keefer's Skyreach Nameplate Debuff

Can anyone please help me figure out how to get the keefer’s skyreach debuff to display on an enemy nameplate?

I’m using bigdebuffs, weakauras, and nameplatecooldowns…but I can’t figure out how to get it to display. Only debuff that shows is MOTC

(I have seen streamers who have it display in arenas, so I know it’s possible.)

I’ve never seen anyone able to show it on anything, generally I just look for the Skull & Bones debuff /shrug
