You only have three options available to you: Transfer, Unsub, or Suffer the queue. There’s no magic fix, there’s only these three options. Complaining on the boards has no impact on these three choices.
The thing is I’ve been told numerous times from mega server players that because there are so many players it makes creating a social network very difficult. Most describe it as being an island in a sea of strangers.
But in reality I know whats going on and it has to do with my two favorite words to describe any group of complainers on the forums: “Vocal Minority”, and thats who we are dealing with right now. Most of the players on these high pop realms are happily in game or waiting in the queue while the few angry posters are tabbed onto the forums ready to unleash their frustrations on blizz or anyone who dare not agree with their outrage.
Uh, no not really. I hope that’s not how you solve problems in real life. There is clearly a problem here, and most problems have solutions.
Throwing your hands up and deciding that’s all you can do is a poor attitude and exactly how companies can walk all over customers and keep pushing limits of what is acceptable
Even from purely business standpoint, not addressing or attempting to fix issues is an incredibly poor decision. Exactly what the issue is, who is at fault, etc are what are at discussion here.
If blizzard, or any other company was implementing something, or doing something that screwed you over personally you are just going to give up and accept it?
Which, to be fair, you may be correct to an extent. Is blizzard going to see any of this and change their mind? Take any thoughts into account or make any changes based on customer feedback? Most likely not, which is unfortunate. But it’s always worth a try.
I love the game and community, and I honestly always hope for the best for the company it’s self but it seems their communication gets worse and worse and their response to feed back is generally non existent. Sometimes they try and do make some changes but ultimate that is short lived and it’s followed by radio silence
yea on bene the queue is pretty long. i’m not complaining tho. i picked to play here totally knowing how the server is.
luckily i sleep until degen hours and wake up and can easily get in. idk how people with a regular sleep schedule do it.
