Have you played one lately… they can drive you to be very furious! ![]()
Ugh sounds like my priest in High School.
(J/K Father Tony!! You were the best!!)
Swapping to also play a well-performing class isn’t FOMO, it’s taking advantage of an opportunity.
Knowledge and experience of multiple classes, specs, and role type is part and parcel of learning to play the game.
Priests gets Fury spec, confirmed.
wow has been around so long that if you are uber competitive at pvp, m+ or mythic raiding it would be odd if you didnt have an all class roster, or at minimum an multi tank or multi heal or multi dps roster
Sure just re-roll onto a new or low iLVL class and end up re-rolling again 2 weeks later when the new logs come out showing it was just some scaling thing, sounds great when you get new players to those classes who don’t know how to play with or without iLVL.
It’s all bad because than those payers will have the FOMO class and get accepted to groups but suck, much like players who have an IO and iLVL they paid for, they don’t deserve a spot in peoples groups at high levels of play just because of their stats.
And no I am not complaining about not getting into groups, I have a guild and I am a tank, I get into groups no problems, I am complaining about those players who get into my group only because of stats they didn’t earn and are playing a FOMO class but don’t know how to.
I’m starting to think there is a human paladin epidemic
How do you know what spec they’re in ? I don’t see the name I even have an addon for that but it doesn’t work.
Here we go again, nope never has been and never will be.
From classic to cata it was practically fire ball or frost bolt with ice lance or frost nova put in between in classic you had to literally stop casting frostbolt for a while and then go back to casting cause of threat
if bliz could balance their game so no class is better than another, Id bet it’d happen less.
Yet it was multiple abilities not a one button .You see even you proved that. You even then nova, blinked and blizzard << more than one.
Or get invited for once, lol
Shadowlands for arena shenanigans. Also they’re doing alright in m+ (ww)
Plus brewmaster in almost every raid for last few years
Honestly, I’ve never seen a mistweaver monk in m+. Now either I am going crazy or they just don’t exist.
Lowest played class. Probably the least played spec, of said least played class, too, I’d guess. WW dmg has been pretty good and brew has been a solid tank for a long time now.
WW was op for a whole 2 patches in shadowlands 1 shotting groups with bonedust brew and crane kick.
and i do mean 1 shot like pretty much unhealable damage
I have a resto shaman main since BC and a prot warrior alt since CATA. I’ve never rerolled ever. I get too much anxiety thinking about ‘well I’ve done everything on this one character I can’t switch out.’ Literally every xpac I’ve been through was with the shaman, most raids and achievements… The alt i just lvl up as fast I can while skipping story. I don’t even want to play other characters because if I were playing like a dungeons and dragons tabletop, I’d be a shaman or a tanky warrior. Not a cloth wearing mage or dark arts warlock or a shapeshifter druid. Not a rogue. Ya feel me?? I understand why people do it, they get bored and do other stuff and play other stuff. Or they want flavor of the month. But for all intents and purposes my self insert in WoW is a resto shaman.
They see me rerollin’, they be hatin’
Balance does that to some ![]()
If all classes and specs were reletive to each other in a way where the balance anywhere between each of them was negligible (maybe 1-1.5% difference?) then people wouldn’t reroll as much.
