can confirm: base model m4 mac mini can run WoW classic smoothly at 10/10 graphics, 4k resolution and 144 fps. your results may vary if you play retail tho 
actually i take it back, at 4k resolution it can only seem to get around 70-90 fps. so not as perfect as i thought. but still really great.
