You only have to relieve yourself if the food you eat has residue your body can’t use. In heaven, all food is perfect for your bodies needs and you generate no waste.

Time is perceived differently in the Shadowlands. Maybe nobody is ever there long enough to have to use the facilities??? Also, have you ever seen a toilet in Azeroth? I can’t actually think of any…
