I agree. But the DH hate would be off the charts!

At least give Monks the ability to use Zen Flight, and Im sure other classes have similar abilites (mages - some arcane sphere, warlocks, maybe turn into an eye of kilrogg or something.)

At this point i’m a little annoyed that a heap of other mounts that have no place in the sky whatsoever can fly but my Magic Rooster can’t fly, the poor thing can’t even glide when i jump off a cliff, it’s ridiculous.

hard agree

they make a new store mount with 0 indication of flight possible and yet they make it fly.

in the past I would of disagreed seeing as flying kodos would look ridiculous, but at this point screw it, they made a cat with no wings be able to fly

mount equipment exists, make one for flying.

its just silly at this point not to do it.

Flying Choppers, (and not a turbo charged flying machine, the real chopper)
Flying Brewfest mounts
The DK ground mount
If they can get the Blood Elf mount to fly, with flapping wings that would be so cool!

Wouldn’t be too much effort either, they’d just have to modify Christmas holly so it doesn’t turn the mount into a reindeer and maybe make it permanent… boom insta-flying mounts.

That’s ridiculous. You keep your magic talk and sorcery out of my fantasy game. Only things that can actually fly IRL can fly in this game.

Like brooms, and books, and tentacled brains.

As a mount equipment I approve, I’d rather not have all mounts be flying mounts baseline though.

If you’re purposely grounding yourself to not be able to fly in flight capable zones, wouldn’t you also want your mount to be forced to swim across water? A cat flying doesn’t make sense, but walking on top of water does?

What about next xpac when we don’t have flying and have to cross a body of water?
just switch it to water walking until you unlock flying
What about when I leave current content and go back to legacy content? I have to switch between mount equipments daily? :-1:

Or BGs. I haven’t done AB in a while (last comp stomp) can you water walk there?

I mean, they’ve already got a jumping animation, and all they would need is to smooth the transition between “jump” and “run” in the air

If that’s the life you choose. That’s a you problem. I support all mounts flying and people who don’t want them to fly can just not. Much easier solution.
