Just how fragile are some of you anyway?

We could use another, we have more than enough care bears crying over an event in the game they can be easily avoided. Yet imagine the shock to many of us that they came to the forums to cry about it instead of having proactive common sense and just… leaving the city

Rolled a Worgen Druid last night. They actually put a buff on you that makes you immune to the event. The moment I left Exiled Reach, I went through stormwind and suffered zero ill effect.

Some do but i get the point . Imagine ordering chicken getting a burger and your server says how dare you complain be grateful you get anything.

No one is asking for the event to be removed. I just do NOT want to be flagged for pvp with war mode off. It’s off for a reason.

The real PvP is on the forums lol.

So the complaint about low levels was made up? Are you serious??

cant like this comment enough . dont force the event let people who wanna play do that and those who dont not partake

The answer is very sensitive. Some people have yet to realize that if they do not want to participate in this event all you need to do is turn off WM.

If you do get flagged well then all is fair in love and war :stuck_out_tongue:

This is the buff, took a screenshot.

I am NOT fragile! How dare you call me fragile for wanting to play the game. Please say sorry for calling me fragile.

“Stop ruining fun!”. Screamed the troll as he was griefing players who wanted to have fun.

Ironic

My understandment was that you needed warmode on to participate in the event, so I turned it on and when to participate. At best I enjoyed from 45 min to 1 hour and then loged out.

And I find it funny for the people that talk about mental illness because people don’t like to be killed, because just like the zombies, this event can be only be enjoyed for so long by the brain-dead.

I hope the people who are making fun of the players who don’t want to participate, flag me, it would be hilarious to see the people making fun of safe spaces and feelings, getting their feelings hurt.

not true. I get forced flagged for pvp so I am forced to participate, with war mode off.

I usually lurk and don’t post, but the multitude of threads and posts about the event prompted me to say something.

I tried the zombie thing out, it was kind of fun for an hour or so. I can see why people wouldn’t like it, but I think that issue is more on Blizz for establishing WoW as the game of convenience. If they made this the MMO where the world is dangerous, more difficult, etc. they would have a different crowd playing or at least there would be different expectations than what they currently promote within the playerbase.

Anyways, all that being said, I’ve spent more time zombie hunting than playing as a zombie or trying to avoid the event. For all the posts insulting the mental health, emotional maturity, etc. of players who are complaining about the event, I’ve found the people playing the zombies are far worse. I went from layer to layer (or shards, or whatever they’re called in retail) killing zombies and I had almost a constant stream of whispers, /say, even trade chat complaining to me, calling me all sorts of names, saying they hope I die of cancer, the whole deal.

There was even one person who, when eventually he had to pause to think of more insults, had the audacity to say “by ruining the fun of others?” when I said I was just having fun killing zombies. Many of the people playing zombies aren’t trying to just experience the rare event, but rather similar to people who gank lowbies are just finding fun by griefing others.

They’re free to do so, but I’ll continue joining their groups in the group finder so I can get to their layer/shard/whatever and kill them. =)

the whine of wow players is a thing. and it’s all-encompassing; never seen such a bitter whiny group of players in an MMORPG.
when i can’t take it anymore, I play FFXIV. They are sooo more upbeat and refreshing. But WOW is my fav, so i come back.

The event isn’t fun to some people. And it has nothing to do with being fragile at all.

Used this example once but I will use it again. Just imagine if you were forced to do your most hated activity for one week. Don’t like pet battles - that is all you get to do for one whole week, an endless pet battle every time you log on. Or what about fishing, that is all you can do for one week, you are teleported to a fishing hole and forced to fish for one whole week.

Now how fragile are you? So fragile you would just suck it up and not say anything?

So the criticism of low levels being in danger was made up entirely. Fantastic.

Have you noticed the number of threads crying about the event?
