Just go play retail already!

What you call bad changes are what someone else considered good.

So the answer is to add more.
Stuff that some people hate and other people can’t enjoy the game without.

What game will it be? I re - subbed for TBC. Not The burning wrath crusade mists of draenor legion battle lands.

Honestly I’m fine with them continuing the progression of expansions and giving us the option to stay where we are or progress.

But jumping forward into wotlk classic and beyond is not the same as bringing wotlk backwards into TBC.

Why can’t people wait for the expansion that they liked best instead of pushing to have future content into the one that isn’t all they wanted.

IMO, wotlk killed the community. I wanted to play for the community.

But no one agrees with all of them. If you were honest you’d admit that if only the people who believed all the changes were bad played there wouldn’t be enough to fill a single server. And you and all of them would have already quit.

#SomeChanges.

Retail arena and BGs are more fun and polished, too.

Which proves thest most TBC players seem to be using it is an honor farm to help with later tier pve content.

There are much better games that dont require all this grinding if thise players just want to improve gear all day (Diablo, PoE, etc)

Sorry nope won’t happen. Ques are to high for horde. This is retail…“Retail classic tbc”

Are you asking me to go play “Retail shadow lands”…or “Retail classic”…
Oh I know you’re asking me to play “Retail TBCC”

What I believe is that each change pushed the game further toward what we have now.

And I’m not sure why everyone is in a rush to get through TBC and on to wotlk when they claim to want TBC.

good points.

We were; but blizzard, by making changes to BC, scared all of us now that we no longer know what to expect. My wrath LFD for example; with the constant fervor of hate it receives I fear blizzard will cave and never bother to implement it, even though it was in there originally.

The majority of people playing Classic TBC want Dual Spec. Retail does not have Dual Spec, btw.

You’re confused. Reading is hard for some people but let me try to explain. People aren’t looking to rush through BC to get to Wrath. They would like to play BC, the dungeons, the raids, the quests, with dual spec added.

there are definitely some players who really should go back to retail.

this has been happening since classic (long af horde queue times) how are people surprised lol

Thanks, but I have been reading.

And people are in a rush.
They want dual spec so they don’t have to waste time farming gold, or finding a tank.

They want LFD tool so they don’t have to waste time getting a group.

They want gender change so they don’t have to waste time rerolling.

They want enchanting vellums so they don’t have to waste time trying to sell enchants.

They want faction changes so they don’t have to waste time in queue.

They want mercenary mode so they don’t have to waste time trying to pvp.

They want honor changes so they don’t have to waste time getting pvp gear.

They want things added so they don’t have to waste time in game so they can get to end game faster so they can raid log and “not waste time” with alts.

The game is no longer about the experience, it’s about getting through it as fast and efficiently as possible.

What a waste.

Just not understanding what you read. The rest of your post illustrates that lack of understanding.

None of the things you listed rush you to end game as fast as mage boosts which is a player created meme. Dual spec doesn’t rush you to end game. It just makes it fun to quest, or farm when you have a tank or healer spec. it increases the number of tanks and healers so it’s easier to find groups. You’re still going to have to “waste” time farming gold, it just gets fun to do. You’ll still be waiting for a tank or healer. It just gets a bit easier. I get that a few people like you want the authentic experience of looking for a group for hours or not even being able to do the dungeon because you can’t find one. But that’s not fun for me and for most people

Retail has what you want. TBC doesn’t.

I think you are playing the wrong game.

I want community. Not a better solo experience. If you want a better solo experience, check out the retail version of the game.

If playing a tank or healer and grouping up with other people isn’t fun for you, then don’t play a tank or healer.

Or just stop being in such a hurry to get through game content.

Or group up with a mage

This is not something that Blizzard changed about the game, it’s something done by players. There is a difference.

It takes me maximum 30 minutes to find a group for what I want- because I built my friends list and joined a guild and decide to play with other people as a majority instead of try to solo my way through a community based game.

If you don’t like being stuck having to play with other players for a better experience, then you should try retail, it’s better for being able to play alone.

You can tell this baby was ganked a few times before writing this post.

I can quest as a healer just fine. I don’t need dual spec. I can also group up with other people and go quest or pvp, or dungeon. All as a healer. If I want to dps, I either swap gear or go pay the respec costs.

Dual spec isn’t going to make me want to heal for pugs instead of my guild.

It’s not going to make me want to spend time healing for people who don’t want to be a part of the community because they don’t like the community- they aren’t fun people to play with.

Stop appealing to other people to accept a change because YOU want it for yourself and explain why it would help you, instead of trying to sell people an idea of how good it would be for them and “the game”.

Then understand WHY a lot of people are playing an old version of the game and NOT retail and stop pretending that changing the game to “be better” didn’t make it worse, which is why people are here instead of retail.

Making dual spec available just means more people soloing. Less community.

Just one little change, just one more, now add this thing, we need x, we need y, more, more more.

More like retail.

I reminder playing TBC back in the day and everyone I spoke with WISHED we can duel spec so they can heal in PvE and DPS in PvP without going broke or wasting time respecing and in WotLK we got it and many players rejoiced. So please go buy your level boost & digital toys just like in retail…

Of all the obviously incorrect things you’ve posted this is the most wrong. If there are more tanks and healers there will be more people grouping, less people soloing and more community. You’d have to be a fool not to see that.

Of course not everyone is going to dual spec to heal or tank. But some will and that will make the tank and healer shortage less severe

I think you’re a liar or for all your talk of community you don’t want to do things that require a group very often. This isn’t the experience of the vast majority of players

Bro that’s just pugs, are you not guilded or making friends? Listening to podcasts? Theorycrafting with other nerds? These are all aspects of the community. Not just the randos in LFG you are so offended by.

I’ve met alot of great players in TBC already (and a few not so great ones too, hehe). And you know, some were in those pugs you are mad about.
