Just give the alliance high elves already

Blood elves are high elves, blood elves are playable, therefore high elves are playable

don’t come here with a lame logic who is all about twisting words and semantics, this is the truth.

Blood Elves just got blue eyes. It’s over. It’s never going to happen. Why did people hope for something that was never a possibility to begin with?

I really for the life of me can’t see why anyone with a brain would be against this.
There is zero down side and everything to gain.

True.
In WoW, skin color is genetic, thus denoting a new race. Look at us orcs. Used to use fel magic, don’t anymore, still have green kids. Eye color is not genetic, thus does not denote a new race. Look at us orcs, used to have red fel eyes, not anymore. I know genetics and races are more complicated than this but it’s a dumbed-down fantasy universe so don’t try to science nerd me.

High elves are dead, blood and void are what’s left.

Like if I want to play a lordaeron human, I have to go forsaken. Thems the breaks.

You already have them. They are just a little…purpley.

And yet, we still see them popping up within the Alliance. Even here in BfA in the 7th Legion.

Lemme be fair here actually, since that argument isn’t perfect either. Mag’har and Green orcs are debatedly the same, and all the variations of troll are debatedly the same despite skin color. Look at Forest, Ice, and Sand trolls.

Everyone saying it’s never going to happen are the same people that were saying vulperas weren’t going to happen a few months ago. Just saying it’s not going to happy is foolish when there is such a giant demand for that race.

They aren’t going to give something when they already gave it to the other side years ago.

Blood elves are Blood elves.
Please again, tell me what it says under my name? does it say ‘High Elf Hunter’ or does it say ‘Blood Elf Hunter’. I’m not twisting words this is a very basic reading comprehension.
After we are done, go click on Vereesa Windrunner and tell me what race she is? Does it say “Blood Elf?”

Lol wait, people ACTUALLY want to play the snake race from Vol’dun?

Welp, okay then. I’ll stick with my cute cuddly snuggly wuggly Vulpera <3 <3 <3

Remnants of a dead race.

Am I the only one who wants to play as the Klaxxi

They could amber shield and fly like tails from sonic

Lol no. I’d kill for a neutral Klaxxi/Vrykul race. But never happening :’(.

Edit: Also remember Female Klaxxi. They aren’t mammals. I doubt we’ll ever see a non-mammal race because of that.

I am saying it is not going to happen.

I said vuperas were going to happen for over a year ever since their advance models and animations were discovered in the player folder and Blizzard tried to pretend that didn’t mean they would be playable.

Except High Elves are not dead. They are still there. We have them within our ranks. They have been part of the Alliance story for who knows how long. To say that they are just remants of a dead race, and we’ll might of well say that for every other Thallasian Elf outside Blood Elves too.

If Blizzard caved and gave the Alliance a blue-eye Quel’dorei race, would said race be allowed in Silvermoon? Because it would be weird if they weren’t allowed.

That’s good, insult people who disagree with you. Good way to get your point across!

There are lore reasons and integrity reasons to not. The developers have said no. You also don’t need to give Alliance yet another boring Elf race. They need something unique and interesting, however they have no real connection to the Sethrak so that isn’t it.

They could get the new satyr like creatures from Ardenweald. That would easily get me to make and play an Alliance character a bunch.
